HUNDREDS of gatvol residents took to the street to hand over a memorandum of grievances at the newly constructed Mapulaneng Hospital in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga.
Their message was directed towards Mpumalanga Health MEC Sasekani Manzini and Community Safety Security and Liaison MEC Vusi Shongwe.
The state-of-the-art hospital, constructed with a budget of R2,5 billion, has come under scrutiny from residents who accuse the hospital construction management of corruption and nepotism in the appointment of service providers.
