Advocate Tseunyane Pela and Tsireledzo Ndou have both withdrawn from representing the Facebook rapist in his prison escape case.

Advocate Pela submitted to the court that they have reached an amicable agreement with Bester to pull out on representing him.

Magistrate Motlholo Khabisi granted the recusal application and questioned Bester to confirm that he knows about the applications and understands the conditions.
