A TAVERN owner's December plans have been ruined.

This after cops raided a tavern, called Club La Pirogue in Sharpeville, Vaal, and allegedly stole all the booze.

Puleng Letsaba told Daily Sun that on 23 November 2023 at about 10pm, when her tavern was about to close, a sergeant accompanied by 17 members of amaPanyaza raided her establishment without a warrant, demanding to see a valid liquor trading licence.
