CROWDS of student nurses in Gauteng braved the cold, rainy weather as they marched to the office of Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi.

The march came after the Gauteng Department of Health informed the nurses that their contracts would come to an end on Wednesday, 31 May.

The students were joined by several health and union organisations to deliver a memorandum of grievances at the premier's office.
