SOWETO Kota Festival founder Sidwell Tshingilane has done it for the pupils at Molalatladi Primary School in Rockville, Soweto.
Tshingilane honored the late former president Nelson Mandela Day by serving kotas and giving stationery to the pupils.
Soweto Kota Festival partnered with Mrs eSoweto to give back for 67 minutes.
Sidwell told Daily Sun that he was over the moon as the event was all about the young ones.
"I'm happy that we were able to put smiles on their faces. We wanted to create a great experience for the young ones," he said.

Sidwell and his colleagues visited Hanley Primary School in 2022, and this year they chose a school closer to the Kota Festival venue.
"Mandela also loved kids with all his heart so we thought why not honour him this way," he said.
Fikile Motaung, director and founder of Mrs eSoweto, told the SunTeam that they had fun with the kids and did not expect the event to be this big.
"We are grateful to DStv, Blue Ribbon, the Road Accident Fund, Lucky Star, Maponya Motors, and Clover for the support. May they do more for young people in the future," she said.
Thandiswa Ngcobo, a teacher at Molalatladi Primary School, said what happened on the day was huge.
"I'm thankful to all the organisers who made this event possible. This was a proper Mandela Day celebration for us all," Thandiswa said.
Face painter Dineo Ntsala said she was happy to give back her time to the kids.
"I enjoy working with the little ones. I feel happy around them," she said.
