OR Tambo International Airport will be abuzz with love and excitement when Bafana Bafana return home on Valentine's Day.
The national football team is set to return home from Ivory Coast on Wednesday, 14 February, after finishing third in the Afcon.
They beat the Democratic Republic of Congo on penalties in Saturday's third-place playoff in Abidjan and received bronze medals.
To add the cherry on top, Bafana received the Afcon Fair Play Award for their sterling performance in the tournament.
Bafana captain and goalkeeper Ronwen Williams was named Goalkeeper of the Tournament.
The shot-stopper produced a five-star performance throughout the tournament.
Williams was the hero when South Africa beat the Democratic Republic of Congo 6-5 on penalties.

He saved spot kicks from Chancel Mbemba and Meschack Elia to ensure Bafana Bafana brought the bronze medal to Mzansi.
Williams saved four spot-kicks when Bafana beat Cape Verde 2-1 in the quarter-finals encounter.
Bafana's hopes of going to the finals were shattered when they lost to Nigeria 4-2 on penalties.
Meanwhile, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) has postponed the eight midweek matches that would have seen the return to action of the Premiership from the Afcon break due to the late return of Bafana team.
The matches postponed on Tuesday, 13 February are Cape Town City vs Moroka Swallows, SuperSport United vs Sekhukhune United, Kaizer Chiefs vs TS Galaxy, Orlando Pirates vs Chippa United, and Stellenbosch FC vs AmaZulu.
Wednesday’s matches postponed are Lamontville Golden Arrows vs Mamelodi Sundowns, Royal AM vs Cape Town Spurs, and Polokwane City vs Richards Bay FC.
