KHAYELITSHA residents are in shock after a family of six died in flames on Saturday, 29 July in SST section.
Family members Nyameka Shweni (49), Anele Ngqoshela (31), Avela Shweni (7), Zukiswa Shweni (60), Lelokuhle Shweni (2) and Liyolatha Shweni (nine months) died in a shack fire while they were asleep. One of the family members who was in the house managed to escape with burn wounds and is hospitalised.
