RESIDENTS of Bosasa temporary houses in Mfuleni are shocked after they found the body of a man living a disability dumped in an open space in their kasi.
The man known in the area was naked, and his hands were tied.
Community leader Siyabonga Nongwane said he was shocked when he was called to the gruesome scene on Saturday morning, 4 November.
