THE Qholaqhwe Advise Centre and Human Rights Organisation is spitting fire against a 59-year-old uncle who allegedly raped his niece (16).
It is alleged that the uncle has been raping the teenage girl for the past five years and eventually impregnated her.
The centre's director, Mapaseka Madonsela, was saddened to learn that the uncle allegedly raped his niece, who has been an orphan since she was 11 years old.
