ANOTHER Putco bus has suffered another blow.
This after a month since the last tragic bus accident on the same Oxford route. The previous accident occurred on Sunday, 10 December 2023 when the bus lost control, rolled and overturned near Sandton, north of Joburg.
One person died, while more than 20 others were injured.
In today's accident, Monday, 15 January, ten passengers were injured, one of whom suffered serious injuries by bricks.
A passenger, who asked not to be named, said the bus lost control, overturned, and crashed just like the previous accident.

Speaking to Daily Sun, the frightened passenger said she wasn't seriously harmed but she feared the man who was seated next to her might not be so lucky.
"The collision occurred at 7am and no passengers received medical treatment. Other motorists are attempting to assist those they can while waiting for paramedics and police," she said.
She said she's very concerned about the high rate of Putco bus accidents.
According to Teboho Sedyiyo, secretary-general of the Batho Pele Commuter's Forum in Soweto, the Department of Transport should consider a serious intervention.
"We're going to get killed by Putco. Our passengers are always praying and hoping for a safe arrival at their destinations. Every week there's an incident with the bus service.
"If the busses aren't stuck, they catch fire or crash,” she said.
The accident scene is still unfolding and has generated major congestion on Oxford Road, in Joburg.
Motorists should consider using alternative roads because they may create significant delays.
The is a developing story.
