THE residents of Pienaarspoort and Skirilek in Mamelodi East are fed up of stinking mobile toilets.
They said the toilets are full of worms and they're worried they might get sick.
The residents said the toilets are not even emptied on time.
Resident Lesley Moneatse (38) said the municipality is failing them.
"Since 2015, we are still waiting for service delivery from the municipality. They promised us tap water, better toilets and roads, but this has not happened," he said.

He said that pit toilets are better than the mobile toilets.
"These toilets are terrible. They affect our health," he said.
Those who live near toilets say that there is no more fresh air in their homes.
Another resident, Kelvin Mkhonza (26), said they've had enough of bad toilets and water problems in their kasi.
Community leader Thembinkosi Magagula (49) said that residents are still waiting for better services. He said trucks fill Jojo's tanks on Mondays, Wednesday and Saturdays, but people are still without water.
Gogo Elizabeth Ngoepe (71) told Daily Sun that she sometimes fetches water from a nearby stream because she has no other choice.
She said the situation is bad because residents sometimes fight over water.
Ward 100 Councillor Johannes Bekker said: "All the problems have been referred to city officials and they are taking care of it."
City of Tshwane spokesman Lindela Mashigo said the city decided to provide rudimentary water services to informal settlements three days a week. The city will be working with communities regarding this approach and encouraging a culture of using water sparingly.
"All chemical toilets in the area are cleaned and maintained as needed," said Mashigo.
"In addition, the city is still exploring alternatives, which include the possible use of groundwater, but this would require large investments."
