IT was a normal day for nyaope addicts in the Phuthaditjhaba CBD in Free State on Saturday, 18 March.

This was until the health department vehicle parked not far from the dilapidated building they used as their home.

The driver and his colleagues had just collected waste from Mofumahadi Manapo Mopeli Regional Hospital when they were robbed by the addicts.
