NOXOLO Sibande is using her disability grant to help those in need. 

The 24-year-old from Elukwatini in Mpumalanga was born with cerebral palsy. 

She started an initiative in 2021 to help vulnerable pupils by buying them sanitary pads and uniforms. Noxolo also provides pensioners with breakfast on social grant payments dates.
