MURDER accused Romoulo Brown told the Mbombela High Court on Tuesday, 13 June, he walked away when his ex-lover was in flames.

The 45-year-old is facing charges of murder and contravention of a protection order.

Brown is accused of killing his ex-lover, Nomthandazo Mnguni (30), on 21 August 2021. It is alleged that the accused poured petrol on her and set her on fire.
