THE Minister of Social Development, Lindiwe Zulu, has apologised to gogos and mkhulus for the glitch that saw some of them not receiving their grants on time last month.  

Zulu attended the official launch of Social Development Month at JL Zwane church in Gugulethu on Saturday, 30 September.  

“We want to apologise to those who didn’t get their money. We are sorry for what happened,” said Zulu.
