MAKOTI: Mamazala locked my punani

accreditation

A MAKOTI from Katlehong, Ekurhuleni claims her mamazala hates her so much she locked her punani.

“We’ve been married for six years but mamazala still thinks I’m not good enough for her son,” said the 37-year-old makoti.

“Now she has locked my punani.”

She’s certain that her mother-in-law did this because she consulted three different izangoma, who all said she was locked with powerful muthi.

She said the reason her mamazala hated her was because she came into the marriage with two kids from different fathers.

“When my husband introduced me as a girlfriend, she pretended she liked me but she clearly thought our relationship wouldn’t last,” she said.

Their relationship continued to prosper, but mamazala didn’t like that.

Makoti said since last year, whenever they poked, she started menstruating even if she had just finished her cycle.

And if she didn’t get her period, her husband lost his erection seconds before poking.

“I just knew that this is beyond western medication.”

She said she tried getting help, but the sangomas didn’t help.

“This has put a strain on my marriage. I don’t know what to do.”

The husband (39) told Daily Sun he wasn’t shocked when he heard what his mum had done because she did not like his wife.

“This is the love of my life. I’m not leaving my wife, no matter how unhappy my marriage becomes,” he said.

Mamazala (59) said: “Just because I don’t like her doesn’t mean I did such a terrible thing. Maybe it’s a sign that they must get a divorce.”
