THE family of a Mpumalanga man who was fatally shot allegedly by a 60-year-old pastor is in dismay after the Tonga Magistrates Court freed him.

The man was supposed to have made his first court appearance in the same court on Monday, 13 November, after he was charged for the murder of madala Samuel Mahleba (78).

Samuel was shot and killed on Friday morning, 10 November, at KaMhlushwa in Nkomazi allegedly after the suspect accused him of practising witchcraft.
