TWO Lesotho nationals, aged 29 and 31, currently in custody, are set to appear in the Pretoria North Magistrates Court on Friday, 3 May.
This after their arrest on Friday, 19 April, on charges of unauthorised immigration.
Initially scheduled for Monday, 29 April, their bail application was postponed due to additional charges of raping and murdering 49-year-old Lebogang Yumba.
Yumba's body was found naked in a bush in Buntu-In Orchards Section 110, north of Pretoria, early on Sunday, 7 April.
The arrests were facilitated by the local resident's cooperation with police, leading to a breakthrough in the murder case.
Kgotso Manganye (31), a neighbour, recounted how a madala, living next to the field where the tragedy unfolded, first spotted a blood-stained doek. Upon further investigation, he found a trail of blood leading to Yumba's lifeless body in the bushes.

"A whistle was blown to alert other residents of the emergency, but it was too late for Yumba," Manganye said.
"We all gathered after the police and paramedics arrived, who declared the victim dead. Forensic pathologists then took over, retrieving the body," he added.
Community leader Kumkani Soquka (42) emphasised the community's united stance against crime.
"We are committed to eradicating gender-based violence, a significant issue in South Africa," he said.
State prosecutor Nkhangweleni Phanuel Mudavhi mentioned that the investigation is ongoing, with efforts to gather more witness statements.
