THE lawyer for the two accused in the Mdlalose tavern mass shooting in Soweto that left 16 dead said he will sue the state for wrongfully arresting his clients.

Lawyer Jeffery Rahlagane told Daily Sun that he welcomes the withdrawal of charges against his clients, who were accused one and two. 

He said that he will institute legal proceedings against the state for unlawful arrests and detention.
