A MUM was heartbroken to find her son lying on a bed, bleeding from his nose and white foam coming from the mouth.

She tried to call her relative, whom he had left behind with her two children to find out what happened but his phone was off.

She now suspects the relative has a hand in the death of her son, Aobakwe Rakale (11).
