A high-speed chase on the roads between Springs and Delmas took a deadly turn.

The suspects who were armed with AK-47s shot two men who were in the SUV in the head and they died instantly.

The third man got out and tried to flee on foot but was followed by the suspects who shot him in the lower body and he fell on Welgedacht Road, is now fighting for his life.

The suspects believed to be hitmen are currently on the run.
