HEAVY rains have left the Nelson Mandela Bay residents in limbo after their shacks were flooded. 

The shack dwellers who are still waiting for RDP houses spent the weekend trying to get water out of their flooded homes.

The rain left more than 1 000 residents from Jachvlate, Motherwell, New Brighton, KwaZakhele, Edongweni, Airport Valley, and Red Location homeless.
