WHILE most grade 12 pupils are struggling to juggle their study timetables, she is struggling to cope with studying and looking after her three-month-old baby.

The 17-year-old matric pupil from Kraaifontein said she fell pregnant in 2022 and still decided to continue with her studies even though it is hard.

"The child wakes up when I study at night, and I have to cater to her. The child sometimes wakes up when I'm about to rest after studying, making it difficult for me to rest," she said.
