MZANSI has been left shocked after a video of a man, proposing at the funeral of his partner’s father, went viral.

Many have judged him, saying this was wrong while the timing was off.

Unfortunately, the video ended before showing whether the woman accepted the proposal or not. But, Mzansi has already decided that it was ridiculous.

Social media users, including Karabelo, said the man liked the attention and just couldn’t let the dead man take it all.

“I don’t care how badly he wants this woman to become his wife, this is just infuriating,” said Karabelo.

Then Sophie emphasised that even if the man wanted his babezala to witness this, he should have waited and proposed a few weeks later, then visited his grave.

“I don’t think the dead man is happy at all,” she said.

Khanyi said if she were in the same situation, she would have dumped the man immediately and told him to leave the funeral.

“He needs to go to a mental institution. Since when do we do such? I’m disgusted by this,” she said.

Then Jacob added that he understood why people were mad, but maybe the late father was constantly asking when he was getting married to his daughter.

“I’m sure he has a valid reason for why he’s doing this. It doesn’t change the fact that we’re shocked,” said Jacob.
