THE 33-year-old man whose genitals were cut off horrifically in Moemaneng, Maquard in the Free State is recovering in Bloemfontein under intensified medical treatment.
The man was admitted to hospital on Thursday, 7 December after a 4-5 and testicles were recovered inside the fridge at his home.
His uncle saw him bleeding heavily and called the ambulance. Due to his deep wounds, Itemoheng Hospital transferred him to a hospital with enough resources.
