THE incident on the notorious N8 between Botshabelo and Thaba Nchu in the Free State was a blessing in disguise for booze lovers on Tuesday, 17 October.

This is after a truck transporting booze to Bloemfontein crashed on the side roads after a distraction of heavy rains in the early hours of the morning.

Nearby residents of Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu and the surrounding farms went out in numbers to loot the fallen alcohol.
