ON 12 June, two men went to her younger brother's room thinking it was hers. They stormed into the room while he was asleep and demanded to see Bongiwe, but she was not there.

The younger brother said the angry men then demanded money they said was allegedly owed to them. On their way out, they took his pair of sneakers and his cellphone.

The younger brother thought it was over. But on Saturday, 17 June, at about noon, they returned but this time they went to the main house.
