A FAKE female cop who was arrested for allegedly kidnapping her man's child abandoned bail when she made her second appearance in the Acornhoek Magistrates Court on Friday, 8 December.

Constance Sophie Mncube-Ngobeni abandoned bail, stating she feared for her life.

She allegedly stole the child, who is now 19-years-old, in August 2010 while the mum had gone out to buy medication at the nearby Acornhoek MegaCity Mall.
