Singer, radio and TV personality Unathi Nkayi is set to go on her first ever tour next month.
The multitalented musician and businesswoman announced that she will be touring six provinces from 18 August to 20 September.
The Brave True and Strong Tour will be a celebration of women, perseverance and the beauty of life and will take place at 7 prestigious venues across the country.
“The past few years have been both beautiful and challenging, I have taken control of my life and I know what I want to achieve,” Unathi said.
The Idols Judge said that she opens up to her fans on her new album in a way that she has never done before.
“This album is the culmination of everything that is happening in my life” if you listen carefully you will hear me speak about parts of my life that I have never shared before,” she said.
Hallo Sana, the latest single from her album, is Unathi telling the story of a working mother who is forced to leave her kids at home while she goes to work to provide for them, something a lot of mothers, including her, have to do.
“I have lived this and I have seen the joy on my children’s faces when I go back home,” she added.
