NOMZAMO CALLED OUT FOR BEING JEALOUS OF THUSO

It all started when rising star Thuso Mbedu got the role for a new Hollywood series that Nomzamo Mbatha also auditioned for.

Thuso tweeted, “In other news, I GOT THE JOB”, while congratulatory messages poured out, Philanthropist Nomzamo Mbatha responded with a controversial message and she now is being accused of wanting everything to be about her.

The now-deleted tweet, Nomzamo congratulated Thuso on getting the lead role in the American series, but the Isibaya actress did not fail to mention herself in it.

She tweeted, “When I auditioned and found ut I was pinned or this role I couldn’t stop jumping with excitement! Now finding out that a deserving Homegirl got it makes the loss so sweet!!! Congratulations, Thuso, I know you will do Cora so much justice!...

Nomzamo’s tweet has gotten her trending as tweeps are calling her out for wanting to steal Thuso’s shine.

DJ Fresh on his Fresh Breakfast show this morning also lambasted actress Nomzamo Mbatha forr making this about her after the tweet.

The role isn’t just any role, Thuso will become the first ever South African to star in a lead role for a Hollywood production.
