Actor Jack Devnarain, best known for his role as Rajesh Kumar on the SABC 3 local TV soap Isidingo is set to join the cast of e.tv’s Imbewu: The Seed.
The 47 year-old who spent 15 years on Isidingo will play a very different character on Imbewu.
Devnarain will play the character of a very powerful and “ruthless” villain Sanil Maharaj on the KwaZulu Natal drama series.
His character will be introduced on the 1st of June and the viewers will see a side of the actor they have never seen.
The character’s predatory instincts will come to the fore driven by his insatiable appetite for power.
