Hip-Hop producer and disk jockey, DJ Franky has offered his opinion on the dramatic battle between House producers, Kabelo ‘Prince Kaybee’ Motsamai and Troy Nkazimulo Sthembiso Ngema, aka TNS.
The two producers are in a very public battle over allegations by TNS who claims that he is the sole owner of Prince Kaybee’s Club Controller and Banomoya and he should, therefore, be credited and paid what he is due.
Prince Kaybee denies these allegations and claims that the music was a team effort and that TNS has been credited and compensated as he should.
Over the past week, the two producers have dragged each other in traditional and social media, even dragging each other’s girlfriends into the mix.

And since things are becoming quite messy, Franky thinks the two of them ought to get the law involved.
Franky, whose real name is Mohau Losaba, told Kaybee that this was the only way to save his reputation.
“Prince Kaybee I think your matter has enough weight to go to court. Your reputation is important, you are kicking at the moment, don’t let anyone mess with that. Same goes for TNS, sort this in court,” he said.
But, fellow DJ and producer Themba ‘Euphonik’ Nkosi begs to differ.

“Court!? Cooooourt? They’ll spend minimum 300k mudslinging each other. You don’t go to court without a solid case or a point to prove otherwise it’s a waste of time, money and energy,” he said.
“There’s nothing there. It’s his side of the story. You think you’ll just wake up and sue someone. Doesn’t work like that. Court is factual evidence not hearsay,” he continued.
Earlier this week, TNS did confirm to the Daily Sun that he, in fact, already begun with court proceedings to deal with the matter.
