RESIDENTS of Borwa in Westonaria are allegedly being terrorised by a councillor's pitbulls.

They said the councilor's pitbulls jump the fence to chase them in the street. They claimed that three people have already been attacked by the dogs.

The latest victim, Nonhlanhla Msibi was recently hospitalised after the dogs attacked her in her yard.
