ECONOMIC Freedom Fighters (EFF) members said they can't wait to see their commander-in-chief, Julius Malema, and hear what he has to say to them.

The EFF is hosting its 2024 Manifesto Rally Launch for the upcoming national elections at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Saturday, 10 February.

Malema arrived after 1pm to a loud applause.

The EFF had promised to fill up the stadium, and so far it's almost full. Some buses are still arriving as most members are already inside the stadium, enjoying some music as they wait for their leaders.

Thobeka Zulu (20) from Mkomas in KZN said she was excited to be at the stadium and was looking forward to seeing and hearing what Malema would say to them as the young members of the party.

Anele Godase from the Eastern Cape said Malema was this country's future.

"At this year's manifesto, I'm sure our commander will have a lot to offer to the youth," he said.

And Zukiswa Mfeyani, also from the Eastern Cape, said she came all the way to listen their leader.

"I'm excited to be here and to listen to our manifesto," she said.

Maskandi star Mthandeni Manqele, flanked by his dancers, also made a grand entrance.
