ECONOMIC Freedom Fighter (EFF) leader Julius Malema has urged members of the party not to incite violence but condemn it as they campaign for the 2024 national and provincial elections.
He said this on Saturday, 11 November during the ground forces forum meeting which was held at Church on the Hill, outside Mbombela in Mpumalanga.
Malema said members of the party must not threaten violence especially against women who belong to other political parties and those who belong to the EFF.

"Don't use violence, don't threaten violence. We are going to run a clean campaign, people must let us in based on our manifesto, not because you intimidated them.
"Fighters, we don't remove posters of other political parties. Rather go and print out your own posters, remove EFF posters and put them again if you are bored," he said.
He added that party members should allow other political parties to campaign freely, and avoid preventing anyone from exercising their political right.
"Don't disrupt other people's meetings, please allow them to campaign freely. Do not prevent anyone from exercising their political right. Comrades, do not stop other people from other political parties from doing door to door.
"Allow them to go and campaign, that is going to give our people an opportunity to tell them right on their faces that they are criminals," he said.
He further urged the party members to refrain from using any substances when going to campaign.
"None of you must campaign for the EFF under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not campaign under the influence of alcohol, do not speak to people while you are smoking cigarettes. You must know when to smoke and not smoke," he said.
Malema added that party members should not smoke while talking to potential voters.
"Alcohol is a problem of our society. Please do not drink alcohol, we are a people's organization. The problems we see in society, we are going to see them in the EFF but let's try and manage them in the EFF and you as leaders," he concluded.
