BUTTERWORTH residents in the Eastern Cape were shocked and left in disbelief after a 32-year-old suspect was caught trying to sell a cutoff 4-5.
After the gruesome discovery, the community apprehended the suspect and handed him over to the police.
Provincial police spokesman Warrant Officer Majola Nkohli said the suspect was bust at a shopping mall in Butterworth.
