EFF will hear the court's decision on Thursday, 8 February at 10am regarding the suspension of its six leaders.
This was revealed by the party's secretary general Marshall Dlamini during a site visit at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Wednesday, 7 February, before the party's manifesto launch in Durban on Saturday, 10 February.
Dlamini said after the ruling they will then give the people of South Africa an update on what will happen on Thursday, 8 February evening during the State of the Nation Address (Sona) which will be delivered by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The EFF leaders were found guilty of contempt and suspended after they stormed the stage during Ramaphosa's Sona in 2023.

Affected MPs are the party's president Julius Malema, EFF deputy president Floyd Shivambu, secretary-general Marshall Dlamini, senior members Vuyani Pambo and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, and party spokesman Sinawo Thambo.
Dlamini said after the ruling the party leadership will then sit and come out with a cause of action.
He said they will do their best because they voted to go to Parliament to make sure that they are there to represent the people of South Africa.
Dlamini said they are ready for the manifesto and the stage is almost done.
"We will fill the stadium to its capacity. The stadium is not big enough for the number of people who are going to come here. But we chose it because of the people of KZN," he said.
He said the manifesto at Moses Mabhida will only be attended by KZN fighters.
The Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) suggested 22 May as a possible election date.
Ramaphosa will officially announce the election date after discussions with the electoral body and by law he can announce a date between May and August.
