CONVICTED murderer Ntuthuko Shoba’s pre-sentencing has been postponed.
Shoba (31) briefly appeared in the South Gauteng High Court in Joburg on Tuesday, 10 May and told the court that his probation report was incomplete.
The matter was postponed to 28 July.
In March, acting Judge Stuart Wilson found Shoba, who is a former JSE analyst, guilty of the premeditated murder of his heavily pregnant girlfriend Tshegofatso Pule, who was found shot and hanging from a tree in Durban Deep, Roodepoort, Joburg, in 2020.
Wilson acquitted him on a charge of defeating the ends of justice.
The 28-year-old beautician also had stab wounds to her chest.
Pule was last seen at Shoba’s residence.
As part of his plea deal, Muzikayise Malephane (31) confessed that he had killed Pule on the instruction of Shoba.
He is currently serving 20 years for the gruesome murder.
Malephane told the court that Shoba had offered him up to R70 000 to kill Pule because he did not want his wife to know he had impregnated her.
