THE Constitution plays an important role in society in that it guides and enables Parliament to pass laws that will enhance equity and promote socio-economic rights.
These were the remarks of Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola when he delivered a keynote address at the Limpopo Provincial Symposium to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Constitution on Tuesday, 30 August.
