THE death of ANC Ward 80 chairman Vusi Mzukuza (50) from Browns Farm in Philippi, Cape Town, has left his family and residents reeling in shock.

Vusi died in hospital on Saturday, 23 December, a day after stepping on a rusted nail as he was trying to help put out a fire that had broken out at Phantsikocingo squatter camp.

His widow, Nosiviwe Mzukuza, told Daily Sun she was struggling to cope with his death and suspects witchcraft was involved.
