XOLELWA Msizi (28) from Khayelitsha, Cape Town lost all her belongings in a shack fire on Wednesday, 3 January.

She said the fire started after electricity came back since it was load shedding.

"I had gone to the taxi rank to fetch a bakkie that I had hired to return a faulty fridge I had bought. When I returned, I found people trying to extinguish the fire as my shack was on fire."
