GAUTENG Education MEC Matome Chiloane says an independent law firm will be appointed to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of Sibusiso Mbatha.
The 12-year-old grade 6 boy pupil, Sibusiso Mbatha, from Khehlekile Primary School allegedly took his own life on Monday, 23 October.
The MEC visited his family in Thokoza, Ekurhuleni on Thursday, 26 October. He said the visit to the family was part of giving support.
