SEISO Thinane was shot more than eight times allegedly while trying to apologise to his killers.
The 40-year-old was killed near a petrol station in Sharpeville in the Vaal on Thursday evening, 29 June.
His sister Mamello Hlabane (36) from Boitsepiville in the Vaal told Daily Sun she was called to the scene by her brother's friends, telling her Seiso had just been shot dead.
