The road connects extension 11 and Pienaarspoort in Mamelodi East, Tshwane.
The residents claimed the municipality had abandoned them.
The SunTeam visited the area and saw how the cars were struggling to pass through the road.
Community leader Lucky Moagi (38) said the road gave them a lot of problems.
He said he didn’t understand why the municipality wasn’t fixing it because the matter was reported more than a year ago.
