THEMBAKAZI Tshaka (35) is angry with the City of Cape Town.

This after the city allegedly failed to fix a broken pipe near her business.

The vendor woman, who braais and sells meat on Aberdare Road in Delft, claimed she reported the burst pipe, but the municipal plumbers only came to the area without fixing anything.
