A VIDEO footage of former president Jacob Zuma being taunted by ANC delegates has emerged.

The delegates can be heard singing: “(President Cyril) Ramaphosa we all love you; we are with you” as they gesture with their hands that Zuma should leave the venue.

And surrounded by his bodyguards and marshals, Zuma can be seen walking away.

It is not clear where the video was taken, but the party’s registration venue is at the FNB Stadium.

It is also not clear whether Zuma was successful in getting his accreditation, signalling that he intended to attend the conference.

Zuma had made himself available to contest for party chairman, but did not get enough nominations from branches to make it to the ballot.

However, he can still be nominated from the floor, and he would need 25% of support from delegates to make it to the ballot.

The taunting comes in the wake of him launching a private prosecution of Ramaphosa on the eve of the conference, a move the president has dismissed as spurious and unfounded.
