THE case against ANC secretary-general Ace Magasule has been postponed until 11 August.

The presiding judge on the asbestos matter said it has been transferred to the Free State High Court for pre-trial on 11 August.

Adding that accused number 1’s bail has been cancelled due to issues with his medical certificate, while accused number 2,3,7,9,11,12,13’s bail has been extended.

Magashule and his co-accused are facing a range of charges, including fraud, money laundering, and racketeering.
