PATIENCE Mantelane Machili went into the theatre to be cleaned and came out with one leg.

The 53-year-old woman from Atlantis in Cape Town alleges that she did not give permission to the hospital to have her leg amputated.

The incident happened in 2020 and has left her traumatised to this day.
