A PASTOR (54) has been sleeping with one eye open since he was nearly killed by ruthless thugs on Sunday, 17 December 2023.

He told Daily Sun that he hasn't felt safe since the incident as he doesn't know why he and his friend were shot at.

The pastor from Enkanini squatter camp in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, said if it had not been for his friend’s mobile toilet, he would have been dead.

He told Daily Sun that he had been visiting his friend and was sitting with him in his garage when they noticed three suspicious-looking men outside the yard.
