FOR SEVEN years, she thought she knew the man she was sharing her bed with.
But one fateful day, she was left reeling in shock and questioning everything.
SHE FOUND AROUND 40 PANTIES, TIGHTS, BRAS AND CONDOMS HIDDEN IN HIS BAG!
Some of the panties she discovered on Sunday, 16 October, had blood stains on them while others had vaginal discharge.
One of the condoms had what looked like fresh blood on it.
Zodwa Khubu (47) from Katlehong, Ekurhuleni, said the items were in a plastic bag hidden in her boyfriend’s bag.
She said they kept their clothes in bags as they didn’t have a wardrobe in their rented room, and the boyfriend (34) never wanted her to come near his.

“As I was doing laundry, I asked myself why he didn’t bring all his clothes and I decided to open the bag,” she said.
“When I opened it, I could not believe what I was seeing. There was a foul smell that almost made me vomit.” said Zodwa, adding that some of the bloody panties looked like they belonged to young girls.
“There was also a container of liquid, which I have discovered is what they use to wash bodies in mortuaries. I don’t know how he got hold of that,” she said.
Zodwa told Daily Sun she called her younger brother, Vusi, who lived in the same yard.

At the time, her boyfriend was out with his friends. “When he came home, I dished food for him and while he was eating, I brought the plastic bag to show him what I had discovered,” she said.
Zodwa said her boyfriend was very angry and only concerned with whether she was going to have him arrested. She said they took the clothes to the police in Katlehong and her boyfriend has since gone on the run.
Vusi said he was scared for his sister as they didn’t know whether the boyfriend would take revenge or not.
“I can’t believe my sister was living with a monster like this,” he said. Neighbours said they were suspicious of the boyfriend as he always wore sunglasses.
“This is scary. We are wondering who the owners of these panties are and whether they are still alive,” said a neighbour.
The SunTeam went to Katlehong Police Station with the family, and cops confirmed that the matter was under investigation.
Colonel Dimakatso Sello of Gauteng police said the woman can open the case of intimidation should her boyfriend threaten her.
